You have not provided evidence of this claim. Please provide it.

The special prosecutor did not make your claim. You did, and it is not a fair accusation. Biden's acquisition of classified materials could have easily been inadvertent. So, the honest way to put it would be to assert that the Special Prosecutor is investigating whether or not Biden intentionally, OR inadvertently acquired the materials. The 5 or so years could be an argument to support that he was unaware he had the materials, hence the length of time in possession. Additionally, any allegation of severity will depend on DNI damage assessments, which haven't been published as of this comment.

that would not suggest the story is false. In most circumstances, with that kind of coverage, the original posting source provided at least three sources confirming the story before other news orgs will run with the story, as, in journalism, three sources is normally the threshold required before they run with the originators story, and this has it on both sides of the political spectrum. That suggests you are not correct.
