He comes at least twice a month ( more often in the summer), does the edging, trimming, mowing, fertilizing, tree work, etc.

My 87 year old Mother, Love ya Mom, hires a Wealthy Old (60 year old) School Teacher that does it as his 2nd job, and who knows when he shows up.
Mom has the $$$, so I leave it to her.....but this White Dude charges her $50 an hour, and sometimes bills her for 9 hours a month.
It's bullshit what he does, but I stay out of it.
Mom Lives in the Best Community in the town, so he takes advantage of her.

Alan comes every two weeks. He gets $50 each time he mows. It takes him about 15 minutes front and back. He uses a stand mower. Alan looks a lot like this guy.

Then he has another couple of jobs across the street for another $100.00. White guy Alan makes $200.00 an hour. We pay $100.00 a month. You overpay by $20.00 a month so Javier can have someplace to park his family.
