It would seem to me that Trump would have a case against someone but this lawsuit is nothing more than filling the court with his political nonsense. He can't even do this right.

Lawyers get paid the same per hour whether they have a good case, or a batshit crazy case. Those lawyers have the added question of whether they think trump will pay them what he owes, but that's something they have to figure out for themselves.
