According to our 4th amendment, warrants have to be limited specifically to particular items and locations. These bastards made it literally ALL INCLUSIVE. That should be enough to taint the prosecution if there was any justice left in our DOJ.
Add to that, they even exceeded the broadest definition of the warrant. Now they're squealing like little bitches because a judge wants an independent pair of eyes on all of the material they grabbed to evaluate it for attorney client privilege, personal items, and even some of the "classified" documents... Those here who keep repeating that a former president cannot keep some of those declassified documents are either stupid or lying.
I think it's hilarious that their appeal will likely take longer than the special master's evaluation. They're going to melt down if that individual refuses to allow some of what they took to be used in evidence.
