If a judge decides the suit is bullshit, then the judge has the power to kick it out. What the judge doesn't have the power to do, is punish the plaintiff, or his attorneys.

Trump's allegations were "neither short nor plain," and the judge found many of the claims unfounded and ridiculous.

You miss the point.

This "law suit" was simply so Trump could let his lawyers view the "classified" documents.

He couldn't because they are a part of an ongoing investigation (durham investigation)...but with this "law suit" he can back up every charge he made with these documents...and let his lawyers view...read...and make copies of them.

He just didn't submit them to the court...so his "law suit" had no proof...but that wasn't the point of it.
