Trump's awful nominations are a preview of the chaos, vengeance, and incompetence that will mark his second regime

You sound like a damn fool. Matt Gaetz is under investigation and you make him the Attorney General. RFK Jr has no medical or science background and you put him over HHS. Espeth is over the DOD, he has been a company commander at best.

neither does the guy in charge now....

“A measure of American democracy is that the nation has survived and endured bad presidents. Witness Donald Trump’s first term in the White House.

Checks and balances limit the damage, and voters come to their senses.

What’s astounding about Trump’s return, however, is that all signs pointed to a vengeance presidency, with extremist appointments and loyalty paired with a deliberate lack of qualifications as the sole criteria in filling senior posts in the federal government.

No one should be surprised at the nominations of Matt Gaetz for Attorney General or Robert Kennedy, Jr., as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

The late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor devoted her final years to campaigning to restore and improve civics education in the nation’s schools. She warned that the nation’s schools were not schooling students in rights and responsibilities, to its peril. The 2024 presidential election results are a testament to the truth of her warning.

“A measure of American democracy is that the nation has survived and endured bad presidents.”

Trump’s second term in the White House will be another tragic example.

And again, Trump will certainly cause harm and damage to America, some of it irreparable.

The people are solely responsible for the bad government they get; the people deserve the bad government they seek.
Nope. But this post is a preview of four years of your TDS.

Spoken like a swamp stooge.

Oh, the guy on the board of defense contractor Raytheon? The guy firmly entrenched in the military-industrial complex?

Or is that okay with you simply because he's black?

No, the fact that Hegspeth is white makes him the most qualified candidate, doesn't it? Assclown.

Trump didn’t pick Hegspeth because he is white. That’s just stupid. he picked him because he has the same vision as Trump(and most of America) for the future of our military. He is a veteran. He is very intelligent. I noticed you left out his education. He graduated valedictorian of his high school class. Did Austin do that as well? He has degrees from both Princeton and Harvard. I guess that only matters if graduate from those universites being fully indoctrinated to left-wing ideology. Those that resisted the indoctrination are not worthy.
