No one is doing political persecution in the DOJ! Crimes were allegedly committed, of which Trump was charged for, by a grand jury. He now gets his due process, in a court of law, to present his side and defend himself....and the prosecutor has to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he is guilty to a jury if 12...all 12 must agree in guilty. THAT is how the criminal system works.
