Why would anyone vote for the incompetent whose inept pandemic response has allowed the deaths of 230,000 Americans and counting. And who approaches a 911's worth of American lives every 4 to 5 days with 'it is what it is'?
Why would anyone vote for an incompetent who shucks conspiracy batshit from the white house, put the 'demon sperm' lady at the heart of the RNC, and was so wildly inept that he held a maskless party at the White House that put HIMSELF in the hospital?
Why would anyone vote for an incompetent who actively tries to divide our nation?
Why would anyone vote for an incompetent who's stewardship of our economy has lead to massive job losses and yet another republican recession?
For one, a United States President cannot control a virus no more than anybody else in the world. You don't realize how stupid this sounds, so let me put it to you another way: In the two terms of DumBama, over 200,000 Americans lost their lives to influenza. Why didn't he do something about that? He never addressed the problem. He never talked about masks, washing hands, sanitization of hands, social distancing, he just let it happen, and the kicker is we have shots to stop it which our President doesn't have for Covid.
Now you see how silly it is for me to blame a President for the deaths of the common flu? It's ridiculous.
As far as our economy, we had the least GDP damage out of all the G7 countries except China, that is if you can trust their reporting. At our highest point of unemployment, it was cut to half by the following month. Our stock market bounced back, although it takes rides up and down. In July, new housing starts were up 21.7%. Most of the damage to the economy took place in blue states due to their failed lockdown strategies.
President Trump realizes that in a free constitutionally protected Republic, there was only so much he could do, and trying to blame-shift is not going to cut it because in spite of the worst pandemic this country seen in over 100 years, the President still did a fantastic job all things considered.
