Actually Joe would call on pet journalists who's questions were submitted to the White House in advance and even with doing that and reading his answer from a teleprompter he STILL couldn't give an intelligible reply! At that point his handlers would either clear the room or hustle Joe out of the room. That Main Stream Media should be ashamed of themselves for allowing that to happen.
