The Democrat party gets leadership and survives by support groups just like the Republicans. The two largest for the Democrats are victims and dependents. If we as a country could rid our population of victims and dependents, then the only time you'd hear about the Democrat party was in history books.
So the evil plot by the Democrats IS to create more victims and dependents. For example, DumBama doubled the food stamp role almost immediately entering office.
