Today Trump signed legislation that his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson had personally lobbied for as CEO of Exxon-Mobil for years. In a big win for big energy, they no longer have to disclose payments to foreign nations and their governments. Energy executives say this will make it easier for them to obtain the rights to develop oil, natural gas, and minerals in other countries.
