1. if it were true or a basis to fight to create that as the truth,
wouldn't Clinton and their litany of lawyers find the best person
among them to go after that to the Nth degree and hammer it in the media every day?
As proven truth?
2. if it's not true, shaky or a chance of not being true,
wouldn't the Clinton advisors and consultants
steer clear
of making any comments on this for which they could get sued.
Lawyers know the laws, know what they can prove and the burdens,
know what they can get sued for or get away with, and what are the guidelines.
When Cruz threatened to sue and depose Trump himself
if he didn't stop the false statements as libel and slander,
that shut Trump up.
Given the fact Clinton and their campaign
has avoided making statements on these things,
what does that tell you?
She can blast "Trump supporters" for being negative
because that's not naming any real names.
