Because the LGBT community are a bunch of retards. If they need help, let them head to the nearest insane asylum and check themselves in.

Why not? Is a crisis hotline that helps the youth
Ok it’s being pushed too much and there are some real debatable issues… by why cut off I lifeline to children and teens. A support system that’s actually being used. Saying that trans rights is pushed too much just does cut it.The trans aspect seems to be the issue from reading the link.
In all honesty it's being pushed too much. Probably want to abandon that hill
I’d have no objections to educational ads to help keep kids off drugs. I just don’t understand cutting off a support line that kids are actually using. That seems to go beyond politics to meI don;t know anything about this hotline but how does it work? How much does it cost? If it saves lives, the costs may be worth it but I don't have these details.
Trump suggested a few months ago that his administration might push ads on TV to educate the youth to stay off of drugs. Why? It could save lives.
The line has shown a need. Over 2k calls a day. And hell yes it is agenda driven. The agenda is to help kids who are in crisis. What is the slant with which the LGBT hotline answers these calls? If they are government funded, they will be agenda driven. So what agenda and I asked to pay for this time?
Frankly, I'm very skeptical of claims that LGBT-Q++ youth are constantly on the verge of mass suicide, and that such deaths can only be averted by granting Democrats everything they want.
Slade3200, why would I need to justify NOT spending money on this? You justify the costs, and the loss of opportunities to spend that money elsewhere.
They’ve been calling me this one. In massive numbers. So why cut it off? Nobody has answered this question yet except for one person who said they are pushing trans too much. I think it’s a loss poor answer but that’s all we got so farCan't they just call a regular crisis hotline?
Then they started this one for kids struggling with LGBTQ issues and it takes over 2k calls a day.
They are eliminating the option the hotline provides for LGBTQ support… first two paragraphs of the article I lined in the OPFruitcakes gonna fruitcake... even if it means killing themselves... for every hot-line life saved, I'll bet a hundred are lost...
The solution? Call a friggin' Emergency Room or your local psychiatrist. After all... its a Mental Health matter anyway...
Meanwhile... the Line is not being shut down... its services will be available to everyone regardless of race, orientation, etc...
D.E.I. continues to D.I.E in the Federal workspace... as it should...
In this case the “solution” was a support line to help kids in need. Trump cut it off. Pretty fucked upDemocrats think the solution to depression/mental illness is to drug the patient and cut his pee pee off, so he can shower in the girls locker room. Seriously, that's their "cure".
Ok, fair point. But why end it? It gets 2000 inquires a day?Well ending the Press 3 option on the hotline doesn't really end their access to a voice on the other end so I am not sure that this really means much.
The hotline isnt for one specific group. Learn about the subject before you comment on itHaving a hotline for only one specific group is prejudicial. Our tax dollars should not support such blatant discrimination towards anyone outside of that fringe community.
LGBTQ support
Nobody said it was. But many people are in crisis with issues related to lgbtq. And that was a place they could go for support
They can call the regular crisis holiness. Or, the people paying violent protests can pay for it.Why not? Is a crisis hotline that helps the youth
Why. It?
It’s public problem
Why not? Is a crisis hotline that helps the youth
