Some might say this is no different than an anti-gay department or an anti-racist department, but here is your difference. Those things push a Marxist ideology whose goal is the destruction of the country and to extort money. But THIS office has only good as its goal.

Not sure than an office is necessary for this, and certainly not a department, because as we have seen with countless departments and private foundations: they get bigger and bigger, and leftwingers eventually take them over and pervert them with their Marxist goals. Classic examples: Nixon's EPA and Chicago's Annenburg Foundation.
