First, in order to determine misinformation, misinformation needs to be validated and proven by consensus. And, even if misinformation or lying is proven, who or where in the Constitution does it say that violating someone’s 2nd Amendment is okay? Where is the supporting clause about protecting the people?Misinformation is lying. Trump lies daily. I don’t see your problem. The lies come from the right and the Dems are protecting the public.
You just said “Trump lies daily”. Without independently validated verification and consensus, that could be misinformation on your part. Your voice could be silenced and the justification could be “to protect the people”.
