Most of our fruits and vegetables already come from Mexico, our farms mostly grow corn and soy for ethanol and animal feed.

Over the 50 years that I lived in CA and AZ, I didn't purchase much produce from out of state. When I did, it was usually from Chile and it was because those products were out of season. BTW, these subsidies are coming from tariffs on imported ag products.
