I could see him biding his time to run in 2028 on a platform of actual transparency. Currently, he doesn't have much power, since VP is very limited in its privileges.
How can we assume the Epstein Files have not been tampered with by a corrupt FBI who have a history of doing anything they can to destroy Trump and anyone associated with him? The Democrats and the FBI have been involved with complete fabrication of a false Russian Collusion dossier, lied about the Hunter Biden laptop, and many other examples of their dedication to the Democratic Party.

It should be no surprise that no one controls Trump's "messaging". I do my own analysis and draw my own conclusions. My support for Trump was primarily to save America from Kamala, get the Democrats out of power and close the wide open border.

Trump has done some good, but his ego is getting in his way at this point. He may not like the fact that a lot of his base is focused on the files, but he did campaign on the issue quite a bit. If he had planned on downplaying the files while in office, he should've done that on the campaign trail as well. It's rather myopic for him to think that voters will just completely pivot at his whim.

I would argue the significant percentage of humanity that blindly follows parties is a great argument against democracy, or at the very least, an argument in favor of limited suffrage instead of universal suffrage. The Founders weren't in favor of universal suffrage, for example. Granted, I'm not saying the limits should be gender or race-based.

I think that Democracy doesn't actually "work" because of blind loyalty and party loyalty. My personal opinion is that Elections should exist within a system that has parties as banned, with candidates elected only on merit, personal achievement and quality of leadership, with an apolitical "review board" consisted of a rotating council of citizens from various fields to judge that person on their leadership for corruption, and if there is corruption found, the President is immediately removed from office. Obviously that's a very vague, and rough statement, but it gives an indication of my views on how this country should be ran. Party Affiliation should be looked down upon with disgust - as treasonous, and unAmerican.
