eh, i strongly suspect they can always create more,
with artificial scarcity creating so much economic suffering for "the underclasses"... :-(

the patient men have a lot of fury you say.
and you'd think that's a good thing.
but is it?

isn't a more hawkish approach better, a policy of constant oversight and variable pressure on countries the likes of Iran?
