There are quite a few things that Trump has done that make him less appealing.

The incessant whining about the 2020 election being 'stolen'. He's got profound loser energy in this, coming off as a sore loser trying to balm his ego and unwilling to take any personal responsibility for his own loss.

Winners win. Losers give excuses for why they lost.

Then there's Trump's pathetic performance on J6. Telling people attacking cops and invading the capitol that he loves them.

Then there are Trump's calls for pardons for the folks that attacked the capitol.

Then there's Trump's calling for the termination of the constitution.

He's a horrible candidate. And if he doesn't win the nomination, he'll burn the GOP to the ground. So they're stuck with him.
