Every deal Trump makes is a bad deal because he’s a bad negotiator. I worked in real estate law with lawyers who negotiated multi-million dollar deals.

Trump brags that he just walks in, “reads” the room and goes with his gut instincts which are pretty good “because he’s rich”. The best negotiator I ever worked for knew more about the people he was negotiating with than their own lawyers.

Trump will also simply tear up any deal he signs when it fails. See his NAFTA rewrite, the USMCA deal, which increased your trade deficits and which Trump tore up on his return to office.

Trump negotiated with Kim. Kim got nuclear weapons and Trump got a box of bone fragments from the Korean War.

He was able to maul other NYC developers with his flamboyant ego and the Mafia tactics taught to him by his mentor, Roy Cohn.

That doesn't translate to the world stage. It makes him, and America, look like clowns.

Kindly point out any deal Trump has ever made that was a success. There’s the 2018/19 government shut down Trump instigated because Pelosi wouldn’t fund his wall. 30 days later he reopened the government and got NOTHING in return. It cost the economy $20 billion and you got nothing for it.

The great negotiator went bankrupt seven times - a world record. He lost more money than any human in history. He’s been a party to 4000+ lawsuits.

Any real estate lawyer will tell you that a lawsuit is a failure of the process. Trump’s 4000+ lawsuits are proof of his life long failure to live up to the agreements he signs and the promises he makes.

Real estate law is the process of negotiating deals and then completing them as per the contract. If the deal ends up in court, we’ve failed. Clients don’t pay big fees to lawyers unless we close.

Trump’s deals end in litigation and court orders that he drags on for years. 4000+ law suits is a massive amount of failure.
