The Left wants to be more like Europe, OK then!

Between 12 and 18 weeks of gestation, the women must discuss the procedure with a social worker. After 18 weeks, permission must be obtained from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

Abortions must be performed by a licensed medical practitioner and, except in cases of emergency, in a general hospital or other approved healthcare establishment.

How conservative of you...advocating government control over healthcare decisions.

Adopt their single payer healthcare system first.

Funny how people are always calling for single payer, Medicare for all healthcare but their only idea is have someone else pay for it. You want it advocate for the 50-60% federal tax you will need to pay for it. Look at the tax rates countries that have it pay.
Then realize that private and semi private rooms will disappear.
It will require longer waits to see a specialist and up to a year wait for non life threatening surgery.
There will be less new medicines and fewer medical breakthroughs.

Oh and most countries that have single payer also only tax business at 20-30% because they realize that they are not forced to stay in the area.
If you think that states are going to forgo their taxes think again.

I support a hybrid system which will allow private companies to exist selling regulated supplemental plans.

Which is a way of saying that you want Medicare but without higher taxes to pay for it. So where is that money coming from? Perhaps we dump welfare or snap?

Each country sets its own laws. The time periods are different, the exceptions are different. But according to your own link, the vast majority of European countries allow abortion upon request fire a significant portion of the pregnancy. There is little difference between European trends and American trends.

The government has always been in charge of overseeing executions... “Abortion” is no different. Well... Except for the fact that the condemned hasn’t been convicted of a crime...
