IDK. That is not what he was asked, so I don't know what he has stated on the subject generally. I assume the headline that he is suspending the federal gas tax could be construed to be caring, though I suppose it could also be construed as him not giving a flip about the debt or already piss poor state of roads and bridges since he flies everywhere.
