Trump press secretary explains to low-IQ "journalists" what the definition of "illegal immigrant" is

If they could, they would
It would make their lives much easier
They could have. And the process isn’t all that hard. Their choice to simply bypass our laws, rules and regulations is just that. A choice. And when you choose to violate the law, you are not in compliance with the law.

If they could, they would
It would make their lives much easier
Taking jobs from Americans does not make THEIR lives easier now, does it? Yet, you'd rather harbor job stealing aliens.

They could have. And the process isn’t all that hard. Their choice to simply bypass our laws, rules and regulations is just that. A choice. And when you choose to violate the law, you are not in compliance with the law.
They apply and are rejected

Don’t hold your breath.

Obtaining an immigrant work visa in the United States can be difficult due to a number of factors, including:

  • Application requirements: Applicants must meet strict requirements, including providing detailed information about themselves and their families, as well as photos and fingerprints

  • Visa category: Some visa categories, like the H-1B, are in high demand and have strict quotas

  • Employer sponsorship: Employers must gather and submit extensive documentation, including proof of qualifications, job offers, and financial stability

  • Processing times: The process can be cumbersome and take a long time

  • Fees: The fees to obtain a visa can be substantial

  • Inflexibility: The system is inflexible and doesn't adapt to labor demand

  • Compliance: Applicants must comply with the terms and conditions of their employment authorization

None of which supports your claim.

Please identify the law against overstaying a VISA. Is it a violation of criminal law or is it a civil violation?
As I noted in my prior reply, I just now wish to be clear.

Your question was actually a decent one.

That said, there is absolutely no reason why the current Immigration Law can’t be now amended to nature that visa overstays get classified as “criminal” AS WELL as having negative impacts on immigration eligibility.

I am recommending that to our President.

It's sad that she has to do this, but this is the caliber of people the legacy media outlets are hiring.

You would think (or at least anyone with more than a 3rd grade education would think) that the term "ILLEGAL alien" contains a strong clue as to the criminal status of the holder of that designation.

Democrats have never defined any difference between legal vs illegal. To them, they are all just plain immigrants, which implies that they are all legal.

Really I don't know what they're crying about .not one immigrant has been deported...

Felony illegal entries in the US under Biden are ESTIMATED at 8.2 million more than under Trump. Hth

That is from SEVEN YEARS AGO, you idiot, which still meant that a possible 10 million aliens then were STILL ILLEGAL.
That does not include the roughly 21 million illegals Joe Biden just let in over the past four years that I WAS TALKING ABOUT, which are all illegal.
So that leaves us with a possible 30 million illegals, or something like 1:10 people here.
One in ten? You really believe that? I am not seeing it in any way possible. But, to over staying Visas.

Those numbers break it down, Trump in 2019, Biden in 2023. Biden got a little more efficient in tracking them, put the overstay rate right at one percent, on 40 million entries.

And speaking of numbers. Trump's first term, he deported 1.9 million people in four years. How about Biden? FOUR MILLION.
