Trump is removing these illegal's through an Expedited order, that allows under this , to deport illegal's without due process, ONLY if they have recently entered illegally and have been here, less than a 2 year period. Before trump, it was something like within the first two weeks of being here....Trump expanded it via executive order to two years, without due process needed from the 2 weeks.

Any illegal entrant that can show they have been here longer than two years can NOT be deported, without being given their due process, their day in Court first.

There are differing definitions of criminal....

The LEGAL definition of a criminal, is a person who has been charged with a crime, and given their due process, and convicted of such crime....in Court.

Under our constitution, you can not legally be a criminal, until you have been charged with a crime and convicted of such in a court of law....until you've been given your due process to defend your self of what you have been accused of by the government.

Unlawful entry is a crime...a misdemeanor ....but you have to be charged and convicted in a court, for the unlawful entrant to be a Criminal.....

Also, anyone here that has overstayed their visa which are the majority of "illegals" we have in the united states, only breaks a Civil Law Offense, not a criminal offense.

A while back there was a Supreme court case arguing whether illegal entrants can be removed and deported immediately without due process....without their day in court....it ended with the supreme court saying yes it was okay if it was legislated as a short time period... to act as a deterrent for people trying to enter unlawfully.

Congress wrote and passed a law saying unlawful entrants can be deported without due process, if done so within TWO WEEKS OF THEIR UNLAWFUL ENTRY....

Trump's first presidency he issued an executive order changing Congress's within TWO WEEKS they could be deported without the Constitutionally required due process, to TWO YEARS.

Biden rescinded that order of Trumps extending who he could deport back to Congress's two weeks, and Trump 2nd term, brought it back, to two years.

President Donald Trump has pardoned Rudy Giuliani and scores of others accused of involvement in the effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election, Trump's pardon attorney said late Sunday.

Ed Martin posted a proclamation on X, which says Giuliani and scores of others will be pardoned for alleged activities linked to the 2020 election. Martin was replying to his own X message from May in which he said "No MAGA left behind."

Trump has yet to comment publicly. NBC News has asked the White House for comment.
