Now that I've dispatched with the two termites trying to do whatever it was they were trying to do (3000+ pardons...really?), my point is that the Presidential Pardon needs to be abolished. I said this under Biden, I probably said this under Obama, and I say it now under Mara Lard-Ass.

We have a jury system. They hear the case and issue a ruling. We still need pardons on both the State and Federal level but have a panel of judges (preferably from other states meaning that a panel of judges in Wyoming looks at a case of a pardon petitioner from Connecticut or whatever) make the ruling. At the federal level, have a 3 judge panel from SCOTUS take a closer look. The President can petition the court as well...

The pardons are now handed out as rewards; they are seldom used to correct improper convictions or sentences.

I'm really pleased that Trump pardoned him. He didn't deserve the lawfare crap the Democrats have thrown at him.

There are differing definitions of criminal....

The LEGAL definition of a criminal, is a person who has been charged with a crime, and given their due process, and convicted of such crime....in Court.

Under our constitution, you can not legally be a criminal, until you have been charged with a crime and convicted of such in a court of law....until you've been given your due process to defend your self of what you have been accused of by the government.

Unlawful entry is a crime...a misdemeanor ....but you have to be charged and convicted in a court, for the unlawful entrant to be a Criminal.....

Also, anyone here that has overstayed their visa which are the majority of "illegals" we have in the united states, only breaks a Civil Law Offense, not a criminal offense.
