Of course many of them were from out of town, but you didn't mention a single thing about the fact that most all of those arrested, were left-wing radicals, felons in possession of a firearm, were BLM and antifa, and were rioting. With the exception of Kyle Rittenhouse, there were very likely no other conservatives or Trump supporters who were arrested there.
Look at the Kenosha Sheriff's Department booking page. Go back to the Booking From Date of 08/23/2020, when that idiot Jacob Blake was perforated by the police. Look at the inmate details and tell me what you see. Look at how many of them were arrested for " FAIL TO COMPLY W/EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ORDER OF STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT" and " POSSESS FIREARM-CONVICTED OF A FELONY." And look at how many of them are being held on federal charges.

A racially charge incident takes place and immediately Antifa and Black Lives Matter anarchists head to what ever city it is where that took place and start looting and burning as soon as the sun goes down.
