Seems to be mainly about Weisselberg allegedly not reporting his lavish fringe benefits on his tax returns and instead claiming that the compensation was used to cover expenses.

We'll see, but it does not seem to have anything to do with Trump (I admit I did not read the whole thing). In fact, it indicates that Donald Trump recorded the payments in his ledger, and Weisselberg directed staff to change them.
