Sorry. But that’s just not true. It ought to be. But it isn’t. It’s a problem caused largely by the competing interests of the public’s right to be kept informed on the one hand a defendant’s right to be treated fairly (as in the “presumption of innocence”).

That’s ^ just a spew of hyperbole and it is disconnected from reality.
