" Decisions About Developmental Anomalies Should Not Be Set Through Public Policy "
* Not Hysterically Concerned With Non Issues *
First , the medical community does not facilitate without cause abortion in late second and in third trimesters and women simply do not seek them .
One cannot simply refer to third trimester abortion without making a distinction between with and without cause abortion , even though the distinction has not been made definitively clear , except that with cause would be related to developmental anomalies .
It remains the opinion of this moniker that a decision as to which developmental anomalies would justify with cause abortion should remain with the individual , through informed consent from medical providers , and that the decisions not be set through public policy by politicians .
The roe v wade decision ruled that states could outlaw abortion in third trimester , which is reasonable when it applies to without cause abortion , however it is not reasonable to disregard developmental anomalies that would justify with cause abortion .
