Trump Now Gets a $1.8BN Taxpayer Slush Fund to Pay Others

And of course the board leftists first response is that Trump has a slush fund---never mind that it was democrat illegal acts that led to the decision. Great outcome but it should have been much higher.
Wait til we create a trillion dollar slush fund for black voters disenfranchised in red states in 2029.

The cop killers?
You make this so easy . . .

No U.S. Capitol Police officers died on the day of the January 6, 2021 attack. However, Officer Brian Sicknick was assaulted with a chemical spray by rioters, collapsed later that evening, and died the following day. His death was ultimately ruled by the Washington, D.C. medical examiner as being from natural causes due to multiple strokes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Probably the first time he exerted himself since he got a federal job.

LOL, already been done in a Chicago suburb that is dishing out "reparations." Seems your indignation is very selective in how you dish out taxpayer $$$ for gov't wrong-doing. You really should get your news from somewhere besides the Daily Kook--is that why you are so ignorant?

I can feel the rage in your response.

I will be posting about it more as the end draws closer for your pedo messiah.

It’s not going to be a pleasant time for everyone involved when the time comes.

I hear Vladimir is hiding more these days.

On other media as well, but this one is not behind a paywall. The Trump run DOJ has awarded Trump a $1.8Bn settlement fund as part of his dropping his case against the US Government.

The United States Department of Justice announced on Monday that acting US Attorney General Todd Blanche (pictured) created "The Anti-Weaponization Fund," which will receive $1.8 billion from the judgment fund to "provide a systematic process to hear and redress claims of others who suffered weaponization and lawfare." The establishment of the fund was part of US President Donald Trump's settlement agreement to drop his $10 billion lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

The fund will be authorized to issue formal apologies and provide financial compensation to claimants, with any remaining funds after the program ends reverting to the federal government. Filing a claim will be voluntary, with no partisan criteria required for eligibility, and the fund will also submit quarterly reports to the attorney general detailing recipients and the type of relief granted. It will also be subject to audits at the attorney general's direction.
So Trump donated his settlement to the govt? Wow

When the adults are back in charge we need to recover every penny of that, even if it bankrupts all the recipients.

Then we need to sue Todd Blanche personally for $10 billion.

What's the "slush" part?
Slush fund to pay off allies
Selling pardons
Over 3,000 stock trades already this year, including companies he promoted
Steering government businesses to companies his sons invest in
Pay to play with Kushner getting outsized fees to manage Saudi money
Using his office to promote his own business (like crypto, and the failed phone)
Accepting an airplane from a foreign country.
Exempting companies he favors from federal regulations

I'm sure I missed a few.

Vance will beat Kamala. She's a drunk whore.

What a moronic thing to say, but then you're making a very good living posting lies and bullshit like this.

Speaking of drunk whores, Patel seems desperate to curry favour with Trump in light of his recent "bad publicity". Although, being a drunken whore hasn't cost Pete Hegseth any problems with Trump.

Vance is a lying hypocrite who openly admits he will say anything to advance his cause, true or otherwise. Plus the base doesn't love him in any way, not the least of which in a white nationalist party, is that his wife isn't white. They're really open about that.

Gemini A/I

The Department of Justice created a $1.776 billion "Anti-Weaponization Fund" to compensate Trump's allies and supporters who claim they were unfairly targeted, investigated, or prosecuted by previous administrations.
The fund was established as part of a legal settlement to resolve Trump's personal $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS over the 2019 leak of his tax returns.
Congressional Democrats and watchdogs heavily criticize the deal, labeling it an unconstitutional and corrupt taxpayer-funded "slush fund" meant to bypass Congress's spending power and reward political allies—including pardoned Jan. 6 rioters. Conversely, the administration argues it provides a lawful process to compensate victims of political weaponization.

Not anywhere near enough in my opinion for democrat lawfare.

So much for all the incendiary verbage about Trump's allies and misappropriation talk. It was a LEGAL SETTLEMENT to compensate for IRS WRONG-DOING. It doesn't go to Trump--as it should have because he was the plaintiff--it goes to OTHERS who also were wronged by the IRS illegal actions. Glad I could clear that up for you. If it wasn't for twisting facts and outright lies, you democrats would have nothing.

Nothing about the settlement says anything about being wronged by the IRS.

There are no rules for who gets money. They can give it to whoever they want.
