Trump said that in the context of ordering the bombing of the Iran Nuclear Facilities. And yes, the decision was very high risk and truly heroic. Presidents have talked about doing this for 20 years, but only Trump had the balls to do it. God knows Biden and Obama were too much of pussies to do anything about it.

And btw....Obama did order the killing of Bin Laden which took balls. That was a high risk mission that could have hurt him enormously politically had it failed. So, was Obama heroic in ordering the killing of Bin Laden? Yeah, I think he was.
