Never said I was concerned about the GOP. I just stated how badly they screwed themselves by not taking Trump seriously when he first started to run. And, they compounded the problem further when they ignored him for as long as they did.

Just an observation about how badly the GOP painted themselves in a corner. And, they have only 2 choices, let Trump be the nominee and destroy the party, or stop Trump in a brokered convention and destroy the party.

The frightening/discouraging thing is this: The more preposterous Trump gets, the more popular he becomes. It is as though the General Public wants an idiot to be President, just for the entertainment value of it.
