I didn't see any nutballs, randomly called by the computer, to be in a jury pool. I have observed questioning and selection/rejection process by both sides. Perhaps, you have not.

It is and was a civil case. The evidence presented is the evidence presented. I was not there for the evidence, nor were you. In this case, he lost the case, decided by jury that did hear all evidence, then lost the appeal on the basis of what his defense failed to prove. I go with the jury and don't sweat it, as it is only money and when paid, if paid, will most likely be from defense fund, funded by his downs. Maybe he should shut up, after losing, instead of doubling down. It was a mistake, and it cost him.
