Sounds like they are going to try to run him anyways. Turns out a lot of the "laws" that Trump has broken aren't really laws. They are rules. He's just breaking the rules. Like not profiting off the presidency. If it was a law he would be guilty. But he's really just breaking the rules it turns out.
Or Gerrymandering in 2026. It's not a law that they have to wait till 2030. Just the norm.
So we already had a president who ran and won more than twice.
Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) is the only U.S. president to serve more than two terms, winning elections in 1932, 1936, 1940, and 1944. He served three full terms and died shortly into his fourth term in 1945, prompting the 22nd Amendment to legally limit presidents to two terms.
The Supreme Court has gutted the voting rights act. They took section 5 out first. Then section 2. Now it's impossible to enforce.
Passing a U.S. constitutional amendment requires a two-step process: proposal by a
two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate (or by a convention called by two-thirds of state legislatures), followed by ratification by
three-fourths of the states (38 of 50 states).
Could the GOP pass a new amendment or do they not have enough votes?
I want them to run Trump again. He's horrible. And too old. Older than Biden was when he was "too old"
