4) How exactly are you going to redistribute these tariff funds and how are you going to assure that they don't just go to political corruption?
5) There are lots of other places besides China who can manufacture goods at a fraction of the cost that America can. Are you going to put tariffs on their goods as well?
6) What about the job losses to U.S. exporters to China when they retaliate and put huge tariffs on their products that they export? And those whose products are less competitive because they cannot take advantage of cheap, Chinese components in their finished products construction? What are you going to do about all those US layoffs?
7) What are you going to do if this localized trade war escalates to a world wide one?
8) What are you going to do when other U.S. industries scream at Washington for protection for their industries from other countries like Canada, the EU, Japan, etc.? Are you going to give it to them or ignore them?
