Appeasement is like paying off a blackmailer. It doesn't work in the long run. I was always against Democrat appeasement efforts and I'm against Trump's appeasement of Iran.

These negotiations are giving Iran what it wants: control of the Strait and national security protections from attack.

The reason Iran wants nukes is the same as Israel's; to prevent invasion. With a Trump treaty of protection, Iran won't need nukes to achieve their aims in advancing control over the Persian Gulf...a gulf they believe is theirs because it has their name on it. You know, like Gulf of America.
