Trump Is Going To Lose Most Of The Current Federal Court Cases....Then What?

It was not ignored by Biden. You're lying.

And trying to help college students escape massive debt is nothing to be outraged about...unless you are just a total asshole. And that describes most MAGA voters.
Massive debt that the “students” knowingly and willingly incurred for worthless degrees. Now they and the liberal democrats want the people who either could not afford college, or didn’t qualify to pay for. Are you willing to take over my mortgage?

Because I think you're lying, and I'm sure I'm right about that. You claim we are supplying the cartel with weapons of war or was it smuggling? What is it stupid Democrat.
Well, I know you're lying....but I'm still conversing with your worthless MAGA bumpkin ass.

It's not a lie, Kleetus. Do your own research. Republicans have made no effort to stop the flow of guns to the cartels.

Pregnant illegal aliens weren't a thing back then to consider or even comprehend.
National security is in the balance now whether you like it or not.
Of course they were. People were coming to America in droves and not everybody went through the legal system to become citizens.

You can have an opinion about this policy but don’t make shit up regarding what the law and constitution clearly says

Yeah...including doctors and lawyers paying off college debt 10 - 20 years later.

I can tell you can't be taken seriously.

You don't care about national security....or you would not have voted for Trump and his traitorous attempt to steal the 2020 election.

The matter being adjudicated was the meaning of “subject to the jurisdiction”
Not about the children born on US soil of illegal alien parents.

Had that been the matter under adjudication in the Wong Kim case, then the case would still have precedential value. As things stand, it does not.

Plus, of course, even if it were of precedential value, it could still be reviewed (ala Plessy v. Ferguson). And it could still be corrected.

They came from Britain too.

Who said so? And birthright has nothing to do with national security unless Congress says so and SCOTUS agrees.

They certainly can. That is how the 3 co-equal branches of government work.

Most Americans did not sign up for the crazy shit that Trump is doing right now....not even many of the people who voted for Trump.

3 coequal branches, you seem to be having trouble understanding what that actually means. If one branch can dictate the actions of another, they aren't really coequal, are they?

.

The oversight of each, friend, so yes they can in certain circumstances.

The imbecile irony of your post....that is exactly what Trump is trying to do to the other two branches of government.

Newsflash. Nobody takes you or your nonsense posts seriously.

In any event, this whole higher education loan “system” is a scam. If you want to get that college degree (or more) but can’t afford the outrageous prices colleges have been free to demand, you can take out a loan. But the obligation then falls on you (and perhaps your parents) to repay that loan pursuant to the terms of the agreement.

You know what isn’t part of that agreement? Making me and my fellow taxpayers assume your debt.

Also, to even try, our government (under ex-President potato) ignores our other agreement: The Constitution.

The authority of appointed federal judges is limited but the power of the elected executive branch of government is guaranteed in the Constitution.
