Here are two good example of what Duterte is doing. A mayor that was against him politically get eliminated. There were no evidence of drug dealings. Even the NBI ( equivalent to FBI ) which is the highest and respectable law enforcement disagree with these crooked police but Duterte support the local police death squads.
