Trump Indictment Announced Day After Biden Bank Records Expose Biden Family Crimes - Coincidence?

It means a person is not arrested just because a grand jury indicts them. A prosecutor must first file charges for that to happen.

a Judge issues a capias and arrest the person after the indictment is laid down charging the person with a crime or crimes.

LOL

You're truly out of your mind. :cuckoo:

Now you're trying to argue that people get arrested even when a prosecutor doesn't file charges. And retard, a capias warrant is typically issued when a person failed to show up to court to begin with.

LOL

Uh, no. Normal people know that someone has to be charged with a crime by a prosecutor to be arrested.

So you think the DA isn't going to go forward with this indictment after the GJ hands it down?

wouldn't be any indictments if their boy wasn't such a @@@@@@ president
and here in lays the truth....there would be no indictments had Trump not been President. This is purely political, and a weaponization of the executive branch by Demafascist tyrants. Thank you for being honest

I have no idea what the DA is going to do. But let's say they do file charges.... only then can Trump be arrested for attached crimes. If the DA doesn't Trump cannot be arrested for anything which the grand jury indicts him. That's because you're an idiot who thinks a judge will issue a capias because a grand jury indicts him (assuming that even happens).

nope the indictment is the charging document, the Court could issue a capias for his arrest if he does not appear What was leaked, as the article I provided showed was the DA was already making arrangements to have him processed, that is what Trump was discussing in his post.

LOLOL

Moron is still claiming people get arrested even when no charges are filed by a prosecutor.

Even that you screwed up. What the article actually said was Trump would follow normal procedures if it comes to that. That would require the DA to file charges. Not just because the grand jury indicts him.

an indictment is a charging document. The DA can certainly elect not to go through with it, but that's very rare, considering they are the ones that get the Grand Jury togehter....and in this case they leaked they were planning on going forward with it, even making plans with the cops on how to handled his arrest and booking.

No one can get arrested simply because a grand jury indicts them. A prosecutor has to file charges for that to happen.

I really don't know what's wrong with your brain that you're utterly incapable of understanding that.

Agreed, it's simply the charging document, they have to hand the indictment down, the Judge then issues a capias to arrest the person.

After the prosecutor studies the information from investigators and the information they gather from talking with the individuals involved, the prosecutor decides whether to present the case to the grand jury. When a person is indicted, they are given formal notice that it is believed that they committed a crime. The indictment contains the basic information that informs the person of the charges against them.
An indictment formally charges a person with a criminal offense. The indictment enables a government prosecution of a suspected criminal actor for the offenses charged in the indictment. During an indictment proceeding, a grand jury determines that there is adequate basis for bringing criminal charges against a suspected criminal actor.
