The Judicial Branch will not overrule the Executive Branch when declaring an emergency.
If they do, then the US fiscal mess creates an emergency.
That tariff revenue is essential to balancing the budget.

Are you going to fight over the over taxation on property taxes when if you don't pay your property tax, you lose your home.
How about sales tax on used cars where consumers pay sales tax multiple times on the same car if sold multiple times.
How about at the gas pump, and the taxes collected there.
Alcohol is heavily taxed
Airline tickets have several taxes on them
Are you gunning for those too, or only what the left wants you to be mad about?

Not a fact. Recent reports have said that many of the tariff increases are NOT being sent to the consumer as the MFG are sourcing product elsewhere or MFG in the states:

I see people disagree with you. I wonder how many that do not agree take brand name drugs or use medical devices. They will naturally blame insurance companies instead of where credit is due. It's a no win if you build factories to produce here everyone still going to pay more for these products.
