Trump Has Plummeted to Jimmy Carter Level Approvals

31% marks a new low for Trump. All the gerrymandering in the world is not going to help the Republicans recover from this in the midterm elections.

When it comes to Trump's handling of the economy, 29% of Americans approve and 67% disapprove. In April, 31% of Americans approved of the way Trump was handling the economy and 65% disapproved.

In May 2018, 38% approved of the way Trump was handling the economy and 57% disapproved.

Among Americans registered to vote, 31% approve of the way Trump is handling his job as president and 65% disapprove. On Trump's handling of the economy, 30% of registered voters approve and 66% disapprove.

Trump should destroy Iran and then concentrate on the economy.

They need to be hit. LOL

Underground they lose pressure and they could lose the well

I just remember that Trump was talking about the fact that without any place to store their oil the pipelines would explode and I thought that that's what you were talking about. I'm guessing not?

Iran was pumping their oil

Iran is pumping their oil? Who told you that? All Iranian ports are blocked. Yes, for now (unless we stop it) Iran has tried to move some oil out of the country to China via railway car, but the railway is easily blocked, and at best, can only carry about 5-6% of the volume carried by tanker and adds 40% to the cost of what little oil they do ship.

Iran is losing 500 billion dollars a day.

I only differ with Trump that I would have declared Iran in violation of the negotiations a month ago and bombed their infrastructure and never let up until we brought Iran to its knees. Iran will never concede defeat, they orchestrated human shields around plants as a political weapon, and now Russia is trying to help out, and now Iran says nyet on any chance of giving up nuclear stockpiles.

And now satellite images show they are fast at work trying to rebuilt their weapons factories.

So, every day that Trump delays makes his job both harder and more inevitable, giving me greater pause in Hegseth's assurances he was prepared to deal with Iran more so than Trump taking him at his word.

Like it or not, we have no choice now but to shell Iran into oblivion now, spare anyone we can, while going in with many battalions of soldiers and just take the fight to them and ram in down their throats until we win. We might lose 10,000-20,000 soldiers. Iran might lose 100,000 to 500,000. Iran is fully prepared for this, are we? If not, then WTF are we doing there?

War is not for the faint of heart.

We attacked Iran, we are in open war with Iran now, and you don't start something you are not prepared to take all the way and win no matter what the cost, otherwise, we look like complete jackasses.

None of this would be happening if not back in the early days of discovering oil there (UK I think), we had developed the oil industry there as a whole independently run operation, not state owned or operated as it is now, and made provision to shut it all down if Iran moved in there (like they did) and nationalize their oil industry.

When they kicked our Shaw out and nationalized the oil, we should have both shut down and blown up the oil fields as well as banning all export of oil from the country.

What a blind stupid deal to leave the world's largest oil reserves in the hands of 12th century bearded Mullahs who want to bully the Western World (their biggest customers) with nukes as a means toward global domination.

What needs to happen for the war to end?
Dotard needs to accept the war ends one of two ways. A full scale invasion of Iran to bring down the theocracy (but then what) or accept something along the lines of what Iran has proposed. Open the Strait and leave the nuclear negotiations for a later date.

And yet Trump backed candidates keep winning, against someone who should have a 98% win chance…….incumbent Senator in a primary.

But if you believe your poll I suggest you don’t vote for him in 2028. Problem solved for ya.

Good thing for democrats that Cackles Harris is leading the Party of Slavery with such a strong, dynamic message of Venn diagrams and liquor consumption.

So saying we're there for the nukes is a lie because the nukes are all blown up.

Americans measure the economy not by statistics but by what is in their wallet at the end of the month

Trump may dismiss it as peanuts but many many Americans are struggling
