Black Swan events are in the eye of the beholder. In the case of COVID, you are wrong. While the specifics of the pandemic were unique, any American adult with an IQ over 100 has followed the problems of evolving diseases and outbreaks like Ebola, SARs and hantavirus.

Agreed to an extent. The point wasn't to create a more efficient military, but to maintain a mature society instead of the overgrown children our nation has today.

This issue could lead to the end of his term after the midterms. If they lost the house ormcongress, Trumps term is effectively over except as an arbiter of "sign or not sign" what they put in front of him.
