As a guess I would say maybe, or even probably, and that is if I had any interest in proving such a random and non sequitur line of reasoning [but/so we'll go with no for now] ...I was merely pointing out that without the quote and its context there is no reason to take your claim seriously as you had, and still have, nothing to back it up, so it remains a claim that is so far unsubstantiated...in fact the closest thing you have to substantiating your claim is my claim that it may be due to the neighborhood.
