I spoke of "evidence" (go ahead, check the history of our conversation if you must) not proof, you introduced the term "proof".

I asked you substantiate your claim about "Obama said...", I simply asked for supporting evidence, you did not provide any, even after several polite requests, I fully expected you to have something.

On that basis I decided it was appropriate to call you a liar, that's it, your repeated refusal to back up your claim was - in my mind - itself, evidence that you were making it up, that it has no basis in fact.

So no I cannot "prove" you are a liar and in fact "proof" belongs in mathematics and logic where ambiguities do not exist, but I am prepared to call you a liar because the evidence in your repeated refusals is consistent with a man who lied.

I am fully prepared to retract my accusation and apologize too here in this forum, if you can provide credible evidence for your claim.
