True most Republicans aren't Catholic. Most aren't even Christian although many claim they are. That said, most Catholics, especially white Catholics, voted for Trump in the past 3 elections. Six of the nine Justices are Catholic, several appointed by Trump. Trump's war with the Pope is splitting his own supporters.
