Removing power from the federal bureaucracy is not fascist. The Nazis created a secondary bureaucracy via the SS and eventually merged the existing civil service and expanded on it.

What I’m curious to see is the evidence and legal arguments behind them because from my eyes he looks guilty as hell. I wouldn’t proclaim them guilty without seeing a trial. I can easily say that he looks guilty and left enough evidence for a prosecutor to issue an indictment
