Telling the truth is a good thing at all time, warm and fuzzy or not.

You should try it once or twice for a change.
That's pretty good with one exception.......you aren't entitled to your own facts, just the sourced ones which counter your 'fake News' icon....... :auiqs.jpg:

More than half were appointed by GOP. Also Dobbs and presidential immunity were determined by a majority of GOP.

Trump Demands Supreme Court Rein In Lawless Leftwing Tyrants in Judge's Robes

Trump better keep his zipper up. He is only making it harder for the SCOTUS to get involved. As it is, if they step in and rule in favor of Trump now with his "demands," they run the risk of being marginalized as Trump lackeys.

Trump was elected... Judges are not...

Once confirmed, a federal judge serves for life, with no term limits. Neither the people, president nor congress which put them on the bench can unseat them once there unless done through extraordinary circumstances, and that is wrong.

They'd be ruling in favor of the COTUS and I'd bet media would soft pedal it to deny Trump a win.

Sounds like the antithesis of judge shopping if you think about it.

District court judges and Article III judges can be removed from office only through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction by the Senate.... I don't see this house and senate doing that... but Congress if they believe District judges are acting political and trying to hamper Trump's agenda can block them and keep them from doing this...
Once again I ask... where is our GOP led congress?...

I bet the Founders never imagined a time when a political party could be so aligned with anti-American hostile foreign forces so as to install communists as judges backed by enough of the Congress to protect them from removal.

I don't see this house and senate doing that...Once again I ask... where is our GOP led congress?...
This will be the tell whether Trump's GOP is finally brave enough to actually act like the party in power and not just more gladhanders of the deep state.

The Congress can strip the judges of ruling on such cases.

Won't happen.

1. If a "district" judge tries to make a ruling outside his "district" the president is well within his rights to ignore that illegal court order. That is not unconstitutional, it is using his Article 2 authority, that the district judge cannot overrule.
2. Trump obeys all legitimate court orders.
No he is not within rights. While federal district judges are generally assigned to a specific district, they are not restricted to hearing only cases within that district. As need arising they take cases from any districts. However, they are restricted to federal cases.

The President can be sanctioned for ignoring a judge's ruling.

An attack on one judge is an attack on the judiciary.,
