Trump Demands Supreme Court Rein In Lawless Leftwing Tyrants in Judge's Robes

Any judges overturning congress?
It’s absurd to let one local district member of a huge body step on POTUS

They are called "Inferior Courts" in the Constitution for a reason.
They still are parts of the judiciary with all the rights and powers of their position. Your bitching is meaningless.

The health, maybe even the existence of our country, cannot survive another Democrat victory
Here's how you do it......run around the country spreading falsehoods about the current administration and what they're uncovering, use the courts to delay their work, agitate your base and hopefully take back control in the legislative branch, then quietly make the findings go away.

That's how they cover their asses.

Someone needs tell Trump that federal judices are not responsible to the Supreme Court.

And they are overstepping their authority.
I think you'll find federal district court judges have a lot of authority. They can interpret federal laws and determine when they apply and when they don't. They have the power to determine constitutionality. And they have the power to enforce their rulings.

Today, a federal appeals court upheld the lower court ruling. They denied the Trump administration’s request to lift a temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking the Trump administration from deporting immigrants using the Alien Enemies Act.

The president’s use of this wartime authority for immigration enforcement is as unprecedented as it is lawless, with the Trump administration trying to deport people to overseas prisons without any judicial review or due process. It is not only a violation the 5th amendment but violates federal law.

The decision means that hundreds of individuals remain protected from being sent to a notorious black-hole prison in a foreign country, without any due process whatsoever. Finely, American Justice prevails.

Still outside their lane.

There was no lower court ruling, there was an injunction.
The appeals court chose to not stay the injunction.
Neither court ruled on the merits of the case.

The ruling was to issue a temporary injunction. And the appeals court agreed to maintain the injunction.

This case should go to the Supreme Court and I hope it does however, it may not. Trump may well decide he doesn't want to be shot down again by the federal courts. Chief Justice Roberts previously rebuked Trump plus the Supreme Court often upholds appellate court decisions, strongly favors anther loss in court.

Even if the DOJ doesn’t push the case, the Supreme Court might still intervene due to Trump’s clear misuse of the Alien Enemies Act.

It was an order, not a ruling.

For that to happen it has to be heard by a district court, ruled on, appealed to an appellate court, ruled on, and then appealed to the SC. None of that has taken place.

The money is on "no".

The case was brought to the district court by the plaintiff, the ACLU. The DOJ appear for government but failed to adequately answer the judges questions and the government continued with it's deportation plans which lead to the injunction.

Yes, the Supreme Court can take on a case that ended in an injunction, especially if the injunction is considered a final order or if there's a dispute over the injunction's scope or legality. The Supreme Court is limited only by procedures not the laws in selecting cases to review. In other words, the court has great latitude when it comes to selecting cases.
