That's funny, Rudi Giuliani was just on TV stating that Trump called him and told him he wanted a Muslim ban and how can he do this legally? Pretty stupid of Rudi mouthing off like that....agree?

And WHY IN THE WORLD would President Trump do this WITHOUT getting advice from the U.S. Justice department? For goodness sake, why would he call Rudi for so called legal advice and follow Rudi?

IT is not a ban on Muslims, or else it would ban Muslims coming in from any country.

It is a ban on immigration from countries that refuse to cooperate with our background checks or are from countries that have a high level of activity by enemies of the USA and the government has not enough control to do background checks.

It is about BACKGROUND CHECKS, not religion.

It also doesn't give "Christians" special treatment, it gives ANY persecuted religious group preference. As it should be, and I have little doubt that going back through refugee orders similar wordage has likely been used in the past (possibly even by the UN)

I may or may not dig into it later, I have a quite bad cold at the minute, I may actually have to go see a doctor if it doesn't clear up soon (after all my blustering about not having seen a doctor in like eight years heh)
