I went to the Trump rally in Tampa today. 10K people very enthusiastic. Trump is pumping up his base.

On the way back I went by the fairgrounds were Biden was to speak in a couple of hours. Hardly anybody there.

There were more people using the Porta Potties at any one time at the Trump rally than there were people at the Biden rally.

That's not the way the article reads to me. Trump is cutting spending in Florida for elsewhere in the North, which the RNC will take up funding for instead. I don't see that equating into pulling any ads.
